CourseGraphic You don't have to do yoga to breathe and meditate! Breathe your way into a quiet steady body, whether sitting in a chair, or on the floor. You will learn and practice various techniques, and be asked to practice at home to reap the many possible benefits, such as; physical relaxation, healthier blood pressure, improved concentration and memory, being more mindful and creative, enhancing your ability to deal with stress to better cope with daily challenges, and experience a sense of peace and happiness. Weekly attendance will be most beneficial.
