CourseGraphic For students entering grades 8-10 in the Fall 2018
  • Campers will learn fundamental kitchen skills: measuring, mixing, working cleanly and safely and following recipes.
  • Campers will learn the basics of cooking, baking, and mise en place.
  • Campers will prepare delicious breakfast items, as well as tasty dishes from around the world.
  • A highlight of the week is the field trip to the West Side Market!
