This comprehensive program prepares students for a career as an EKG (electrocardiograph) technician.
Curriculum includes anatomy of the heart, physiology, medical disease processes, medical terminology, medical ethics and legal aspects of patient contact, and electrocardiography. Hands-on exercises prepare students to transition from classroom practice to real-world employment.
Upon completion, students will be prepared to take the National Heathcareer Association (NHA) Certified EKG Technician exam.
Tuition includes BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate, course textbook, and NHA exam study materials and exam fee.
