During this one-day class, you will learn the technique to make the classic French almond sandwich cookies.  Once the cookies are made, we will make various fillings and sandwich them.  Bring a box or container because at the end of the class you will have the opportunity to take your cookies home, to share with friends and family, or keep them all to yourself.
