Sourdough Bread Cooking Experience

During this two-day class you will learn about sourdough starter, making dough, kneading techniques, shaping, proofing, and baking.  On day one we will make a traditional sourdough, stretch and fold, shape and overnight proof.  During the second day we will make a quick sourdough bread, talk about inclusions, shape, proof and bake the breads.
