Enjoy the second half of life! This is a specialized course for anyone in his or her second half of life (35 years and up). Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan for healthy aging developed by William Sears, MD. Through hands-on activities, workbooks, healthy snacks and recipes, you will learn lifestyle skills that will help you: understand how your body changes during prime time; prevent disease and unhealthy aging; boost energy, stress less, sleep better and sharpen thinking; reduce the risk of cancer and the "highs" (blood pressure, cholesterol); become fit, strong and flexible.
The registration deadline is May 23, so that the instructor can purchase required workbooks and snacks for the class.
