Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning exercises used to strengthen your core and tone your body. Improve your flexibility, posture, balance, strength and well-being, using specific mat exercises and focused breathing patterns. Exercise bands, balls and weights are added to enhance your workout. Prior Pilates experience preferred. Class is not recommended for pregnant women. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water bottle. Exercise bands and balls provided. Bring 3 lbs. or less hand weights when needed.
