This course trains students in graphic design skills for bothprint and online mediums. Curriculum inclides instruction in design, typography, color use, vector images, page layout design, image manipulation and photo retouching, color adjustments, and preparing files for production.
Students will also learn how to use Adobe Creative Suite programs in preparation for the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) exam.
Prerequisite: Working knowledge of computers is necessary. PC users will be oriented to Mac computers.
Admission Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED/Enrollment in Adult Diploma Program through CVCC
- Valid Driver’s License
