For students entering grades 8-10 in the Fall 2018 Campers will learn fundamental kitchen skills: measuring, mixing, working cleanly and safely and following recipes. Campers will learn the basics of cooking, baking, and mise en place. Campers will prepare delicious breakfast items, as well as tasty dishes from around the world. A highlight of the week is the field trip to the West Side Market!
